I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean with great beds, pillows, and shower, but unfortunately, they smelled like smoke despite my non-smoking request and had small windows facing a not so pleasant street with a garage. The service was a highlight with quick and friendly check-in/out, good room service, and an easy airport shuttle arrangement. However, the lack of instructions at check-in and potential complacency were noticeable. The proximity to the airport was incredibly convenient, but the location itself lacked appeal unless you have a car or are attending a conference. The dining, while fabulous, was on the pricier side, especially for Spanish standards. Facilities were nice overall.
